“Be a Local” Izakaya Bar-Hopping Tour

This tour lets you explore the night fun areas in Kanazawa! I will show you where locals usually eat and drink. You will get to try a couple of bars loved by locals. I guarantee you that places we visit are somewhere you would never find or enter if you are on your own... Tiny bars which fit only 7 or so people... Bars that local "regulars" are always chilling...

We will go explore the biggest night town in Kanazawa! Walk through the crowded area and then head to the narrow streets where the real locals go. I will help you communicate with the owner and other customers! And then I can make a few recommendations if you would like to try another place.

This is a "local experience" tour, not a "food" tour. Although I will introduce you to some delish local food, but I focus on the communication with the locals and hope all my guests get to experience how locals spend their after-work hours or day offs. 

What's included

- Professional local guide (who loves food and drink! and translates all communication with the locals. Government licensed guide)

- 1 Sake tasters (can be changed to beer or non-alcoholic drink)

- 2 Drinks (Beer, Sake, Whiskey and Soda, or non-alcoholic beverages like Oolong Tea or Ginger Ale)

- 3 Dishes (Sashimi, Grilled local veggies, and another dish. Visiting 3 bars)

- Seating charge at each bar (Please expect there is a seating charge at many dining bars and cocktail bars in Japan. This is 100% normal here.)

- Transportation

- Extra drinks and food that you order at each bar

Price

Group Tour：15000 yen per person (minimum 2 participants)

Private Tour (1 to 5 people): 19000 yen per person (when group of 2)

For private tour, discounts available for group of 3 or more.

For private tour, tour will start at your requested time. (tour duration is 3 hours)

Meet me at Starbucks by Tokyu Hotel (close to many attractions like Kenrokuen Garden or the Museums. See on Google Map)
Please arrive on time for group tour as other participants may be in the same group.

Tour ends. Upon request, guide can list up a few bars you can visit after the tour.

On AirBnB, the price only includes the guiding fee. The difference can be paid by cash when we meet or you can pay for food and drinks at each bar (Please pay for the guide's food and drinks too!)
